Department of Social Work- Tree Plantation

          According to the orders of His Excellency the Governor and Chancellor of the State of Gujarat, Acharya Devvratji has appealed to plant trees and preserve trees in every university and college. Accordingly, a tree plantation program was organized in the university by the Hon'ble Chancellor of Saurashtra University for the immediate implementation of this appeal.

               On 03 August, 2022 this program was also beautifully organized at Department of Social Work. In which trees were planted under the guidance of Shri Dr. R. D. Vaghani, Head of the Department. In which the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and Dear students of MSW Sem.1 and 3 were present.
